Thank you everyone for your kind patience. The BondCables for Non-US backers have finally arrived in our "Fulfillment center" (our studio) on Tuesday after being stuck in the Customs for days. We have packed them all (thousands of BondCables) within 3 days, working almost round the clock for the past 72 hours! We are now sending them in batches in the next few days. For US and North America Backers, the BondCables are arriving by freight at the Shipbob fulfillment center as you are reading this. The following is a breakdown of the delivery details by region:
Singapore Backers: You should receive your BondCables within today and the next few days!
US and North America Backers: The BondCables are arriving at the ShipBob fulfillment center at Grapevine Texas very soon, you should be receiving your tracking number mid next week
EU Backers: All packed and labelled, you will receive your tracking number by tomorrow 11Dec2020
UK Backers: All packed and labelled, you will receive your tracking number by 14Dec2020
Australia Backers: All packed and labelled, you will receive your tracking number by 14Dec2020
Asia Backers: All packed and labelled, you will receive your tracking number by 14Dec2020
Backers from other countries: All packed and you will receive your tracking number by 14Dec2020
However, due to the current situation worldwide, the shipping situation and cost can be very unpredictable. We had to swallow the bitter (costly) pill and incurred extra thousands of dollars for freight charges and make sure we deliver our first campaign in the best possible way under this Pandemic at no extra costs to our backers. Yet unfortunately, there are still some countries that our current delivery partner cannot ship to via Airmail. This mailing service list is updated every week. For backers (around 20 backers) from Countries listed as Mail suspended in the list, we will be sending you an email to see if you'd like to wait out or request for a full refund instead. Backers who opted for self-collection can head to American Taproom from 2 - 6pm everyday until 10 January. Simply flash the email you received from Kickstarter when you backed BondCable as well as your Backer Number, and you will get:
- 10% Cashback of the total amount pledged
- 50% off the first drink for you! (there is a discount coupon in the pack)
To get the 10% Cashback, simply send a photo of your collected BondCable/s and inform us your PayNow number (if it's different from your phone number) to us at +65 9438 3817 via Whatsapp or Telegram and we will process the cash back within 2 days.
If you've lost the email, you can also flash your Kickstarter page to show us your pledge, and click on "Received" on the spot.

We are sorry to inform that there was some unforeseen shipping delay due to Chinese customs and Thanksgiving Holidays from the US, and hence the BondCable delivery schedule is delayed by 1-2 weeks. The following is the updated delivery schedule:
The first day of self-collection at American Taproom Singapore (ATR) is changed to 5 December, Saturday. The timing will be from 12pm to 5pm everyday for one month (until 5 January), so rest assured that there will be ample time for self-collection. Here's the address for ATR:
